Every personal trainer runs their programs a bit differently. But, I do 1 on 1 coaching and training as well as online fitness training. I provide my clients with fitness and nutrition guidance, detailed workout plans tailored to their specific goals, ongoing support, and a voice in your head to make sure you stay accountable. With my coaching programs, you get customized workouts created specifically for you and your goals. Every client is different and have different levels of fitness. So, I start from where you are and take you where you want to go physically and mentally. It does not take a lot of equipment, but you can train in a park, home gym, apartment gym or elite training facility. In Glenn’s other life he was in mortgage banking and then supply chain logistics. Glenn has a BA in Economics, MBA, Six Sigma Lean Green Belt and is a ACE certified master trainer, behavior change specialist and functional training coach. Glenn has trained professional athletes, military and law enforcement. But, Glenn also coaches and train non-athletes and individuals who just wants to feel better about themselves and improved their overall health.
